Lul
Lul. In de Van Dale van 1872 staat daarbij:
“LUL, v. (-len), houten pomppijp; pijp van eene brandspuitslang; pijpkan (voor zuigende kinderen).“
Maar diezelfde Van Dale heeft nog een lemma lul, of een lullig lemma, zoals sommige mensen zeggen:
“LUL, m. (-len), (zeew.) kluisstok; stagzeil, voorzeil van een visschersvaartuig; mannelijk schaamdeel.“
Vervolgens staan er nog wat woorden in die met lul beginnen, maar dan koopt u dat boekje zelf maar ergens, want wij blijven niet aan de gang en het gaat ons er alleen maar om om, wat ook een om teveel, of een om te veel, zou kunnen zijn, doch dit terzijde, de aandacht te vestigen op een imeeltje dat wij ontvingen op een van de adressen waar wij als lul aanwezig zijn (dat het woord lul dus in de een of andere taal in het imeeladres is opgenomen, lul@[provider], als u begrijpt wat wij bedoelen). In dit geval het onderstaande meeltje:

Nou zijn wij een enorme lul, in vele talen, en willen wij best ongelofelijk veel miljoenen verdienen, in vele valuta, valutae en valutata, en zelfs in euro’s, euri en uiri, maar hier trappen wij dus niet in, omdat wij namelijk wel een lul zijn, maar geen idioot. “I found your contact while I was doing a private research in the Internet”. Waar hebben ze dan op gezocht? Op gratis emailadressen met het woord lul erin (in dit geval overigens in het Russisch, maar dat doet er niet toe, dus dat hadden we net zo goed niet hoeven zeggen)? Geen idee. Maar als u die miljoenen wilt afhalen, onze zegen heeft u. En zeg maar dat Lul in het Russisch u gestuurd heeft, dan weten ze dat het vertrouwd is.
