Very long sentence for author who refused to use punctuation

An author whose name cannot be revealed for legal reasons but who was prosecuted under the new Punctuation Act which was rushed through Parliament earlier this week and who was found guilty by a majority verdict of a persistent failure to use punctuation defined in law as a set of symbols and marks which are used to clarify meaning in text by separating strings of words into clauses and phrases despite having been previously given three preliminary warnings and a formal caution for similar offences has only himself to blame for the very long sentence I have just handed him, said the Judge.
